Let's talk about you

Bringing together years of PPC, paid social, conversion rate optimisation skill and experience to get your business to it's next stage of growth.

Our global tech partners

I’ve been advertising for over 12 years. During that time, I've taken numerous businesses from zero to million pound annual run rates via ads.

My approach to advertising is commercials first. Build from the ground up, what can a client afford to spend to acquire a customer and where is that most likely to be achieved.

I take a systematic approach to growth. I identify where the blockers are, fix them and then increase investment. This often takes us into the realms of tweaking proposition, messaging and looking at international market opportunities.

My knowledge extends far past campaign side advertising into bespoke development solutions, broader commercial understanding and attribution. This helps to close the loop on campaign side challenges and opportunities.

I’ve spoken at leading international conferences such as

 and was voted a “The Top 50 Most Influential PPC Expert” by

Byron Marr

“Byron is so rewarding to work with. He brings energy, focus and application to achieving the best outcomes for his clients, team and agency.

He really listens, loves to learn and to challenge the status quo. He cares about his team and constantly looks for ways to develop their potential and his own.

He is his own man, does what he says he going to do and says thank you for a job well done.”

My last “working for” was as the youngest M.D in the Caudwell group, a group of 6000 staff with T/O of £3 billion + at the age of 30 and I can assure you I wasn’t really good enough at the time although thought I was! From here I catapulted myself into my own enterprises and the real learning began.

Today with multiple businesses, corporate finance deals, PE experience, acquisitions, international businesses and above all else many stellar management teams developed. I now chair/NED and invest my time in building great teams and in turn fantastic businesses in any sector anywhere.

My journey is always about PEOPLE, working alongside the very best to learn, hone skills, knowledge and latterly recruiting and inspiring the best in all of my business dealings, I aligned myself with brilliant UK entrepreneurs who built business empires from scratch to billion pound enterprises and squeezed their heads being privileged to learn amazing skills and knowledge for my future.

Marcus Richardson

“Marcus has a distorted view on reality where anything is possible and without that many teams and individuals including myself would not be where they are or where they thought they could be!”

I’ve been working in paid media for +10 years, focusing on Google Ads & Meta Ads. I manage six-figure monthly spends and drive high growth for both b2b and eCommerce clients.

I’m highly experienced in post-click analysis. Finding out what happens when a user visits the site and ultimately making the high value changes that allow acquisition to scale. This adds huge value to a business as the opportunities often benefit all marketing channels.

I thrive working with scale-up businesses that are ambitious and willing to experiment to fuel profitable growth.

Having studied Marketing and Psychology, I can bring broader topics into the conversation to develop a killer strategy that grabs the customer's attention and fuels growth.

Mike Johnson

“I’ve worked with Mike for over 4 years and he’s not only helped grow our business but also grown our marketing team’s knowledge of digital. He focuses on the areas that will have an impact on performance and breaks this down on calls in an understandable way. We always leave our catch up calls with clear next steps and a better understanding of how our campaigns are performing with complete transparency.”

With over +4 years of experience in paid media, I’ve built my career on a strong foundation in performance marketing, managing campaigns across multiple platforms, industries and budgets in EMEA and US markets. My background in PPC and paid social has given me a deep understanding of what truly drives results: data-led decision making, structured testing and continuous optimisation rooted in the context of your business.

Through my work in paid social and a growing curiosity around how platform targeting and algorithms are evolving, I developed a strong interest in performance creative - the intersection where strategic media buying meets high-impact creative. I focus on translating performance insights into creative strategies that improve engagement, increase click-through rates, reduce acquisition costs and ultimately drive stronger commercial outcomes.

Rather than viewing creative and media as separate disciplines, I approach them as two parts of the same performance engine. By analysing audience behaviour, campaign data and truly understanding your business, I help shape messaging, hooks and concepts that resonate with the right audience at the right moment.

Whether working with emerging brands or established businesses, I believe every ad is an opportunity to combine insight with creativity to unlock better performance.

 Performance marketing across B2B, Lead Generation, and eCommerce brands in the UK and Irish markets.

Tiegan Wright

I’m a performance marketer with +12 years of experience running paid media campaigns across the US, Europe, Latin America, and Asia. Over the years, I’ve worked with both B2B and B2C clients in industries like e-commerce, finance, beauty, and tech, helping them scale through platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.

Creativity in finding solutions to help a brand stand out is my main goal, and I believe in testing and testing again to make sure we’re running the right strategy. What I enjoy most is digging into the data to find opportunities, turning insights into clear actions, and optimizing campaigns to deliver real business results.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me at CrossFit, traveling, or exploring new creative projects.

 eCommerce and b2b in the US & LATAM markets

Vanessa Reyes

I've been working for over +10 years in digital marketing, running paid media campaigns for EMEA, LATAM and US in Google Ads, Microsoft and Meta.

I began my specialization in Google Ads while living in Ireland, working at Google as a Campaign Optimizer for large EMEA and LATAM accounts. Since then, I’ve grown as a PPC specialist across multiple industries, helping B2B and B2C brands drive sales conversion across the US, Argentina, and Europe.

I'm passionate about understanding consumer behavior and building compelling value propositions with a strong interest in emerging technologies.

My approach to paid media is built on a strong focus being in the detail of the day-to-day to ensure performance.

Outside of work, you’ll find me practicing yoga and taking acting classes, which my favorite creative outlets.

Florencia Pucci

I’ve spent the past +8 years working in digital marketing, specialising in paid media across Google Ads and Meta. During that time I’ve worked across sectors including travel, e-commerce, utilities, legal and financial services, helping brands at different stages of growth.

My experience ranges from helping emerging brands build momentum to managing multi-million pound paid search strategies for companies in sectors such as gaming and tech. I enjoy working closely with businesses to understand what makes their brand distinctive and turning that into campaigns that stand out, constantly testing and evolving rather than relying on what worked yesterday.

My route into marketing began with a degree in biology before moving into sales, then marketing. That combination of analytical thinking and commercial experience shapes how I approach strategy today, blending a scientific mindset with practical marketing experience to drive meaningful growth.

Callum Coard

I’m a creative and results-driven graphic designer with +4 years of experience creating impactful visuals for marketing and advertising campaigns. Whilst my main focus is on digital ads and motion graphics, I have a background in creating social media content, branding materials, print graphics, vinyls and everything in between.

My approach to design is centred around both creativity and performance, producing visuals that not only look great but also capture attention, communicate messages clearly, and drive engagement. I understand the importance of creating designs that stop users scrolling and encourage action in highly competitive digital spaces.

I enjoy the variety that comes with working for an agency, working across multiple industries and adapting my style to suit different brands, audiences, and campaign goals. I’m passionate about helping businesses grow through strong, meaningful strategic design.

I’m just as passionate about design today as when I first started, and I’m always looking to develop new skills, explore trends, and create work that really makes an impact.

Amy Corcoran

I have +5 years of digital marketing experience, specialising in paid media. I've worked across multiple different sectors including e-commerce, publishing, tech and legal services.

My experience spans the full spectrum of company growth, from helping established companies scale their reach to guiding early-stage start-ups through their critical "0 to 1" phase. I am passionate about driving success through paid ads, and what I enjoy most is A/B testing and iteration to ensure brands stay ahead in an ever-changing market.

My approach is shaped by my background in Sociology and Creative Writing. Studying sociology gave me a strong lens for understanding broader societal shifts, cultural trends, and how different groups behave, which I apply directly to audience targeting. Meanwhile, my creative writing background allows me to translate those insights into compelling narratives that resonate and drive results.

1.2 Clause headings shall not affect the interpretation of these Conditions.

 or any similar expression shall be construed as illustrative and shall not limit the sense of the words, description, definition, phrase or term preceding those terms.

2.1 The SOW shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue, unless terminated earlier in accordance with Clause 2.2 or Clause 12 (Termination), for a period of 12 (twelve) months. The SOW shall automatically extend on each anniversary of the Effective Date for a further period of 12 (twelve) months unless either party gives to the other party at least 30 (thirty) days’ prior written notice to terminate.

2.2 Either party may terminate the SOW early by giving the other party at least 30 days’ notice to expire on the date falling 6 (six) months after the Effective Date (

) or, where the SOW is renewed as per Clause 2.1, on each anniversary of the Break Date.

3.1 Each Statement of Work will refer to and be subject to these Conditions.

3.2 If there is an inconsistency between these Conditions and the provisions of any Statement of Work, the provisions of these Conditions will prevail (unless the parties expressly state otherwise in the SOW).

4.1 ProfitSpring shall provide the Services with reasonable care and skill in accordance with generally recognised standards in ProfitSpring’s industry, and these Conditions.

4.2 ProfitSpring shall use reasonable endeavours to meet any performance dates specified in a Statement of Work, but any such dates shall be estimates only and time for performance by ProfitSpring shall not be of the essence.

4.3 ProfitSpring shall appoint a key contact in respect of the Services to be performed under each SOW, and the relevant person will be identified in the SOW.

5. Client’s obligations and acknowledgement

(a) co-operate with ProfitSpring in all matters relating to the Services;

(b) appoint a key contact in respect of the Services to be performed under each SOW, and the relevant person will be identified in the SOW. That person shall have authority to contractually bind the Client on all matters relating to that SOW;

(c) give ProfitSpring access to the Client’s advertising accounts, analytics platforms and other systems reasonably required for ProfitSpring to provide the Services;

(d) provide to ProfitSpring in a timely manner all documents, information, items and materials in any form (whether owned by the Client or a third party) required under an SOW or otherwise reasonably required by ProfitSpring to perform the Services.

5.2 The Client acknowledges that ProfitSpring does not give any guarantee that the provision of the Services will produce a certain level of performance, and that there are matters outside ProfitSpring’s control that may have an impact on performance.

5.3 If ProfitSpring’s performance of its obligations under the SOW is prevented or delayed by any act or omission of the Client, its agents, subcontractors, consultants or employees then, without prejudice to any other right or remedy it may have, ProfitSpring will be entitled to an extension of time to perform the Services commensurate with the extent to which Services were prevented or delayed.

6.1 During the Term and for twelve (12) months after its expiry or termination, neither party shall, directly or indirectly, solicit for employment or engagement, or employ or engage, any individual who is or has been materially involved in the delivery or receipt of the Services, without the other party’s prior written consent.

6.2 The Client agrees that it will not during the Term appoint another supplier to provide paid media management services for so long as there is an SOW in effect. This clause shall not prevent the Client from making an appointment during any period when notice of termination of the SOW has been served by the Client.

7.1 In consideration of the provision of the Services by ProfitSpring, the Client shall pay the Charges.

7.2 ProfitSpring will invoice the Charges in accordance with the schedule set out in the SOW. The Charges are fixed for the duration of that SOW, unless the term of an SOW exceeds twelve months in which case Clause 7.3 will apply.

7.3 ProfitSpring may increase the Charges on an annual basis with effect from each anniversary of the Effective Date in line with the percentage increase in the Retail Prices Index in the preceding 12-month period and the first such increase shall take effect on the first anniversary of the Effective Date and shall be the latest available figure for the percentage increase in the Retail Prices Index.

7.4 The Client shall pay each invoice submitted to it by ProfitSpring within 14 days of receipt to a bank account nominated in writing by ProfitSpring from time to time.

7.5 Without prejudice to any other right or remedy that it may have, if the Client fails to pay ProfitSpring any sum due under the SOW on the due date:

(a) the Client shall pay interest on the overdue sum from the due date until payment of the overdue sum, whether before or after judgement. Interest under this Clause will accrue each day at 4% a year above the Bank of England’s base rate from time to time, but at 4% a year for any period when that base rate is below 0%; and

(b) ProfitSpring may suspend part of or all the Services until payment has been made in full.

7.6 All sums payable to ProfitSpring under an SOW:

8.4 Nothing in the SOW or these Conditions will restrict ProfitSpring from using general skills, ideas, concepts, or know-how developed while performing the Services, provided that ProfitSpring does not use or disclose Client’s confidential information.

9.1 Both parties will comply with the requirements of Applicable Data Protection Laws. This Clause 9 is in addition to, and does not relieve, remove or replace, a party’s obligations or rights under Applicable Data Protection Laws.

9.2 To the extent that ProfitSpring processes personal data on the Client’s behalf, ProfitSpring will:

(a) process such data only on Client’s documented instructions; and

(b) implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures;

(c) ensure that personnel authorized to process such data are subject to confidentiality obligations;

(d) notify the Client without undue delay of any personal data breach affecting such data;

(e) upon termination of the SOW, delete or return such data, unless required by law to retain it.

9.3 If requested by the Client ProfitSpring will enter into a data processing addendum reflecting the requirements of Article 28 UK GDPR.

10.1 Each party undertakes that it shall not at any time during the Term, and for a period of five years after termination or expiry of the SOW, disclose to any person any confidential information concerning the business, affairs, clients or suppliers of the other party or of any member of the group of companies to which the other party belongs, except as permitted by Clause 10.2(a).

10.2 Each party may disclose the other party’s confidential information:

(a) to its employees, officers, representatives, contractors, subcontractors or advisers who need to know such information for the purposes of exercising the party’s rights or carrying out its obligations under or in connection with the SOW. Each party shall ensure that its employees, officers, representatives, contractors, subcontractors or advisers to whom it discloses the other party’s confidential information comply with this Clause 10; and

(b) as may be required by law, a court of competent jurisdiction or any governmental or regulatory authority.

10.3 No party shall use the other party’s confidential information for any purpose other than to exercise its rights and perform its obligations under or in connection with the SOW.

11.1 Nothing in the SOW or these Conditions limits any liability which cannot legally be limited, including liability for:

(a) death or personal injury caused by negligence;

(b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; and

(c) any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded as a matter of law.

11.2 Subject to Clause 11.1 neither party shall be liable to the other for any (a) loss of profits, (b) loss of revenue, (c) loss of anticipated savings, (d) loss of or damage to goodwill, (e) loss or corruption of data, or (f) indirect or consequential loss.

11.3 Subject to Clause 11.1 and Clause 11.2 each party’s total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the SOW, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, shall be limited to the Charges payable by the Client to ProfitSpring in the 12 (twelve) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.1 Without affecting any other right or remedy available to it, either party may terminate the SOW with immediate effect by giving written notice to the other party if:

(a) the other party commits a material breach of any of these Conditions and (if such breach is remediable) fails to remedy that breach within a period of 30 (thirty) days after being notified in writing to do so;

(b) the other party suspends, or threatens to suspend, payment of its debts or is unable to pay its debts as they fall due or admits inability to pay its debts or becomes insolvent, enters administration, liquidation or any analogous process, or ceases to carry on business.

12.2 Without affecting any other right or remedy available to it, ProfitSpring may terminate the SOW with immediate effect by giving written notice to the Client if the Client fails to pay any amount due under the SOW on the due date for payment and remains in default not less than 14 days after being notified in writing to make such payment.

12.3 On termination of the SOW the Client shall immediately pay to ProfitSpring all ProfitSpring’s unpaid invoices including fees for work undertaken and expenses incurred plus interest and, where no invoice has been submitted for Services supplied or expenses incurred the Client may submit an invoice, which shall be payable immediately on receipt.

12.4 Termination or expiry of the SOW shall not affect any rights, remedies, obligations or liabilities of the parties that have accrued up to the date of termination or expiry, including the right to claim damages in respect of any breach of the SOW which existed at or before the date of termination or expiry.

12.5 Any of these Conditions that expressly or by implication is intended to come into or continue in force on or after termination or expiry of the SOW shall remain in full force and effect.

13.1 In the event of a dispute the parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve such dispute. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute within 30 (thirty) days the parties agree to enter into mediation in good faith and will do so in accordance with a mutually agreed to mediation service for mediation by providing to the mediation service a joint, written request for mediation, setting forth the subject of the dispute and the relief requested.

13.2 No party may commence any court proceedings in relation to the dispute until it has attempted to settle it by mediation and either the mediation has terminated, or the other party has failed to participate in the mediation, provided that the right to issue proceedings is not prejudiced by a delay.

14.1 Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations (other than payment obligations) to the extent caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, epidemic or pandemic, strike, failure of utilities or transport, or governmental action.

14.2 The affected party shall notify the other promptly and use reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact. If the event continues for more than thirty (30) days, either party may immediately terminate the SOW on written notice without liability.

Neither party may assign or transfer the SOW without the prior written consent of the other party.

No variation of these Conditions or any SOW shall be effective unless it is in writing and signed by the parties (or their authorized representatives).

A waiver of any right or remedy is only effective if given in writing and shall not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent right or remedy.

The rights and remedies provided under these Conditions are in addition to, and not exclusive of, any rights or remedies provided by law.

If any provision or part-provision of these Conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of the Conditions. The parties shall negotiate in good faith to agree a replacement provision that, to the greatest extent possible, achieves the intended commercial result of the original provision.

The SOW and these Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes and extinguishes all previous agreements between them, whether written or oral, relating to its subject matter.

The SOW does not give rise to any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 for a third party to enforce any term of the SOW.
